The technician completes the safety induction remotely on their phone. Liveness detection with facial recognition confirms that they are the one watching, start to finish. Yes. Both modules work independently and integrate natively when adopted together. The integrated scenario is the recommended one, because it ensures only compliant contractors are cleared, but each module delivers value on its own and you can expand later.

Does RainbowTec sell turnstiles, readers or cameras?

No. We are software only. We partner with the market's leading manufacturers, such as HID, IDEMIA, Control iD, ZKTeco, Digicon, Wolpac, Dimep, Telemática, Axis, Pelco and Trilobit. You choose the equipment that best fits each project, and the system can run multiple manufacturers at the same site.

How does AI document validation work?

The contractor uploads the document through the portal or app. The AI reads and analyzes the requirements defined in your checklist in seconds, approving in real time or pointing out exactly the irregularity. This eliminates manual checking and speeds up team mobilization.

Does remote training guarantee the person actually watched it?

Yes. Online training uses liveness detection with facial recognition throughout the session, confirming that the registered person is present and attentive. At the end, a quiz validates the knowledge. Only those who pass are cleared at the gate.

What about places with no turnstile or physical barrier?

The RainbowTec Mobile app allows check-ins and check-outs in the field, mines, construction sites, harvests and events, ensuring full control of the operation even without fixed hardware.

Is the platform safe for sensitive data?
