Visitor reception

The visitor arrives with everything ready. Reception just confirms.

Before the visit, the person receives a link or QR Code, fills in their own details, uploads a photo and documents and, when the area requires it, watches the safety induction remotely on their phone. Liveness detection with facial recognition ensures they are the one watching, start to finish. At the end, a quiz validates the knowledge.

The turnstile opens only because the contract and documents are up to date.

Integrated with the Third-Party Management module, contractor access is cleared automatically only when both the company and the worker are qualified, with validated documentation and approved training. Any issue blocks access in real time, with the reason shown at the gate.

The cafeteria knows how many people came in today.

The system produces a report with the number of people who entered the company that day. The cafeteria uses that estimate to prepare the right amount and avoid waste. Every meal served is recorded at the cafeteria turnstile, with balance control when needed and exact cost allocation by area, employee or contractor.

Does the system work with the turnstiles I already have?

In the vast majority of cases, yes. We integrate with HID, IDEMIA, Control iD, ZKTeco, Digicon, Wolpac, Dimep, Telemática, Axis, Pelco, Trilobit and other manufacturers, and run devices from different brands at the same site. Send us your equipment list and we will confirm compatibility.

How does a visitor register themselves?

They receive a link or scan a QR Code, upload a photo and documents, watch the safety induction with liveness when required and answer the quiz. On arrival, reception just confirms their identity and lets them in.

Can access be controlled where there is no turnstile?

Yes. The RainbowTec Mobile app records check-ins in the field, mines, construction sites and events, with the same authorization rules as the system.

Which identification technologies are supported?

Facial recognition, fingerprint biometrics, QR Code, proximity cards and plate recognition. The choice is yours, gate by gate.

Does the system cover customs-bonded facilities and ports?

Yes. We control people and vehicles in real time and maintain the required integration with Brazil's Federal Revenue and other authorities, with complete audit trails.
